It’s hard to believe we are entering the final week of the 2017-2018 school year. It’s a busy last week of promotions and graduations. On Monday, May 22 the Junior Kindergarten will be promoted to Kindergarten at 9am in the Cafeteria.Kindergartener’s will graduate on Thursday, May 25 at 10am in the gym. Our Eighth Graders will graduate on Wednesday, May 23 at 6:30pm with Mass in church.
What a Great Year of Memories!
I would like to take this opportunity to say thanks for sharing your children with the faculty and staff of St. Francis Borgia Grade School. We have made some wonderful memories this year such as blessing of the school chapel, Confirmation, Advent Family Night, First Reconciliation, Christmas Concert, Lenten Family Night, First Communion, Class Retreats, Class Mass in the Chapel, Scripture Service in church, Spring Pop Concert, Band Concerts, Food Pantry Drive, Pop Top Challenge, Art Contest for Grace’s Place, Deacon Diaper Drive, Spelling Bee, Geography Bee, Math Bowl. It’s been a busy year of knowing, loving, and serving God. We know that the learning, service and worship will continue over the summer. Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to support you in the education of your children.
Our First Track Meet a Success!
I’d like to share the results of the school’s first CYC Track Meet held on May 6 at St. Dominic High School. We have a large percentage of our athletes (11out of 23) who finished in the top 6 of at least one of their events are moving onto the Final Track Meet on Saturday, May20 at Bishop DuBourg High School. Thank you to Mr. Matthew Becker & Mrs. Shelly Weber for coaching our students. Congratulations to all the students in Grades K-8 who participated this year!

Art Contest Supports Grace's Place
On Friday, May 5 the STUCO members as well as the winners of the Art Contest went to Grace’s Place after school to hang the art work, plant flowers, pull weeds, and play with the children in their care. Thank you!
