Eighth Graders Selected as Finalists!

Two St. Francis Borgia eighth graders, Grant Kandlbinder and Meredith Obermark, were selected as finalists in the 2017 Respect Life Apostolate Creative Writing contest. Over 1,000 eighth grade students submitted entries this year, and Grant and Meredith were selected as finalists and invited to attend the Respect Life Apostolate Creative Writing Contest 2017 Awards Assembly on Wednesday, May 3rd at the Cardinal Rigali Center in St. Louis.

Archbishop Robert J. Carlson presented certificates of commendation and achievement to every finalist. as well as took individual professional photos with each finalist.
