We recognize that you have many options when it comes to your child's education. We trust you have witnessed how special our school community is, and are excited that you have decided to make St. Francis Borgia Grade School your education partner in the academic and faith formation of your child.

New families-Registration begins 2/6
Any Families that are not registered by 3/15 will risk losing their spot on the roster and will be charged a $75 late fee.

Welcome to the SFBGS Family!
Applying online is simple and it also allows parents to track the status of their child’s application! If you are a new family applying to our school, please follow the simple instructions below. We are excited you chose SFBGS! If you have students currently enrolled in our school, and you would like to enroll a sibling, you can do this by logging into your existing FACTS Family Portal.
How to Apply

Your First Step: To begin the online application process, please click here to Create an Account. You will receive an email acknowledging your new account setup.
- Verify Your Email Address: After your account has been created, you will receive an email containing a verification link. Click this link to complete the verification process.
- Account Log In: Once your email address has been verified, you will be prompted to log in to your account.
- Create a New Student Application: Under the ”Application Status” column, click on the “Start Application” link to begin providing the application information for your child.
- Submit Application: After you have completed the application, a “Submit Application” form will appear. Please follow the instructions that will be provided to submit the application.
You will have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application. Feedback will be provided throughout the process to help you complete the application. You can review the entire application at any time by selecting the “Application Review” item on the left menu. From here, you will also be able to print a PDF of the application in its current state.
After your application is submitted, you will be able to track your admissions status at the school, monitor when the school receives any applicable supplemental forms and, if necessary, reprint completed application. To view your application status, please log in to your FACTS account using your username and password.
After receiving acceptance notification, parents will be provided information necessary to complete the enrollment process.

Welcome to SFBGS's New Online Enrollment Process!
The 2023-2024 School Year Enrollment Period is
February 1 - 28, 2023
Instructions
► Login to your FACTS/Family Portal account.
► Complete the Online Enrollment forms listed in the left menu, beginning with the "FACTS/SIS Enrollee Information" form.
► Feedback will be provided throughout the process to help you complete the enrollment packet. A yellow caution sign will appear in the menu next to forms that are missing required information. If a form contains all required information, a green check mark will appear next to the form's menu item.
► You can review the entire enrollment packet at any time by selecting the "Enrollment Packet Review" item on the left menu. From there, you will also be able to print a PDF of the enrollment packet in its current state.
► Once you have completed the enrollment packet, a "Submit Enrollment Packet and Make Payment" form will appear. Please follow the instructions that will be provided to submit the enrollment packet along with the registration fee.► After your enrollment packet has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. At any time, you can re-access Online Enrollment through your Family Portal login to print the supplemental enrollment forms or a PDF copy of the completed enrollment packet.
