Cardinal Game Day Notes

Game Day Notes_:

• Tickets will be dispersed by Ms. Hill after Masses on 9/8 and 9/9 in the gathering area of church. Any student attending without a parent has been assigned to an adult by the parish.
• On the day of the game students may arrive at school as early as 7:30. However this arrival time is not required. The school schedule will be modified. Families who are utilizing Before School Care on September 12th, please let Ms. Peggy know by Friday, September 7th. Aftercare will not be available on September 12th.
  • All choir students need to arrive to the school gym by 8:30 for the first bus leaving school. This bus will carry Fr. Joe, Mrs. Alexander and ALL choir members. It will depart from our parking lot at 9:00 AM. Family members of the choir who signed up to ride the bus will ride the next bus. (Sorry for the inconvenience this causes. Choir members need to report to the ballpark by 11:00.)
  • All other students and families who are riding the bus to the ballpark will need to arrive to school gym by 9:45 AM. These buses will pull off our lot at 10:15 AM.
  • Families not riding the bus do not need to report to school; parents of these students are therefore assuming responsibility for their children
  • The busses will be leaving the ballpark around 3:30. The adult authorized to pick up your child from school should arrive at 4:45 PM. Thanks in advance for your flexibility and patience as we have no control over traffic at the ballpark and commute towards Washington. We are including a paper copy of a release form for families who will be picked up from school by someone else or going home from the ballpark with a family you authorize. Please complete this and submit it to your child’s homeroom teacher by September 7th.
• It is our suggestion that adults refrain from consuming alcohol, as this is a student centered day.
