GLENDA POHTOS

Glenda is a life-long resident of Washington, Missouri. She attended St. Francis Borgia Grade School and St. Francis Borgia High School. She graduated from Southeast Missouri University with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, K-8. She also has Paul VI certification to teach religion. Her teaching experience includes teaching grades 2 thru 8. Being the second oldest of nine siblings, her love of working with children began early in her life. Glenda is active in her parish and enjoys meeting other parishioners by working at parish and school events. She feels blessed to work in a parish that she dearly loves. Glenda enjoys reading, word puzzles, walking, and spending time with her family. She and her husband, Jim, have two grown children, Christopher and Chloe.
