Sean grew up in Eureka, Missouri. He is a graduate of Southwest Baptist University where he received both a bachelor’s degree in history (2017) and a graduate degree in education (2021). Sean played collegiate baseball all 4 years of college. He first attended Southwestern Illinois College before transferring to SBU to finish off his playing days as a Bearcat. After graduating in 2017, Sean had a passion to pursue a career in the park service. He worked as a Park Naturalist at Lake of the Ozarks State Park (2018) and received a summer internship at Gateway Arch National Park as an Education & Outreach Intern shortly after his second graduation from SBU in 2021. Sean spent this past school year at Fort Zumwalt East High School working as a paraprofessional (Special Education). This will be Sean’s first year as a full-time educator. He is proud to have been given an opportunity with St. Francis Borgia and is excited to share his passion for education while expressing his faith in a way that impacts students for the glory of God.
