Before moving to Franklin county in 1986, Tina lived in St. Louis and was educated in the Parkway School District. Thanks to the urging of her friends and mentors, Doris and Steve Lochirco, Tina attended St. Francis Borgia Regional High School and then went on to graduate from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Science in Education.
Tina taught English and Spanish at Borgia High School before she and her husband, Buzz, decided it would be worthwhile for her to be a stay-at-home mom for their rapidly expanding family. Their children, Bonnie, Sarah, Louie and Anna, are all teenagers now and attend Borgia High School.
Tina joined the Borgia Grade School staff three years ago and is thrilled to be teaching Spanish to 6th, 7th and 8th graders. Tina, Buzz and their family live in Washington and are members of St. Francis Borgia parish.
