A New Payment Option for Parish and School Families

PAY-IT is our new and easy online payment option for parish and school families to pay for event registrations, apparel orders, ticket purchases, and much more. Using this online payment method is a quick, convenient way to take care of event payments and school orders. It also streamlines payment management for parish and school staff for the many fundraisers and events that are planned throughout the year. 

• Key Features of PAY-IT:

1. PAY-IT forms will be created by the parish office which will then be made accessible through a link shared on our websites, bulletin, weekly parish and school emails, etc.
2. Anyone with access to the link can fill out the PAY-IT form and make a payment. You do not have to have a school FACTS account to use PAY-IT. Payments are managed through FACTS, but are not attached to FACTS tuition and billing accounts.
3. You will be guided through the payment process after clicking Next when clicking on a PAY-IT link.
4. You must enter your first and last name and email address to make payment. The email address is used to send the customer a payment receipt. The customer can elect to add another email address on this screen as well, if they would like the receipt sent to multiple email addresses.
5. You will be able to review or change your financial account information used for payment before authorizing payment for the order. Your financial information will not be saved.
6. There is a 15-minute timer attached to the payment process. The payment will expire if the form is not completed within the 15 minutes, and you will not be charged for the item(s) or event selected. To complete the form again, close the open screen and return to the form link to begin the payment process again.
7. Once you have submitted a payment form, changes cannot be made.
